Me and Them and The End Of The World (Story Draft)

The world is collapsing

Now, I'm in the middle of jakarta ruins, alone, ravaging for foods, I always walking every day...

No I'm on the west of jakarta, a lot of things must happen in here.. the water is clogging, i must say this is not jakarta barat anymore, it's a lake with many island made from molded buildings.
The sky is very clear, many birds nesting on this lake "islands" maybe because it's december, the sun is inclined to the south. They're migrating... I always wish I could catch one of this birds, they must be tasty I don't how to lure them. Maybe someday if i cannot find any more preserved food in this city...

ahh.. I must be in delusion again...
I patted my self in the arms, no.. I'm still delusioned... I slap my both of my cheek simultanously. Multiple times till I'm not delusioned again...

yup, that beautiful voices ended, it was a hell of experience, I miss music and all of it but, I must end it, because delisional can make me sick. I don't want to be a crazy head...

"are you okay?"

My body reflect makes me turn around so fast, but my left leg is stumbled by my right one. so, i guess i'm falling with my butt down first, on an cracked asphalt road.

I see The sun still high but that was not the point, clearly there are someone infront of me but my eyes struct by the sun glare, it cannot help at all..

"There, it's so sunny right..."

Shadow of the umbrella helped me to see clearly. The person in front of me, a girl...


"ah, why are you slapping your face, I can see that you are never shaping, I guess the bushy-bushy face of yours must be covering your cheeck from your own slap. It's so funny even I am stopped sing and burst to laughing when I see you from up there. hahahaha
Oh I'm sorry where is my manner, so what is your name mister? Are you from around here? I'm new in here, we came all the way from Puncak. See if there is anything that we can use for the shelter up on the hill.
Maybe you can show me around..."

I don't have anything to reply as her big grin that makes me anxious. Or maybe i'm just cannot comprehend all of this.

She suddenly stopped her words...

I am trying to open the conversation again. She reply with a big grin on her face.

"Ah, I'm not aware of that, maybe because I see you slapping yourself, and that t-shirt of yours... its funny cat face..."
I-I guess you are a good person... do you lived alone? you there seems no civilizations here..."
She smiled and looked around. Of course there is no civilizations here, everything have collapsed, this is maybe what they called as the post-apocalypse...

"Y-you.. should come back to your people...
there is nothing good here.. nothing but ruins"
I'm almost forget how to speak...

"Yeah, I guess so, but after I've busted chief's cart, I guess I should stay off the tent. I don't know what will he do to me... hahahahh It's not that he a bad person, I just don't want to hear his preach!"
"Ah forget about that, what are you doing in this city, i mean ruins, all alone? and you can call me Mel by the way. It's a short version of Amelia"

"I-I think I dont need name here. and i think i've forgot my name.."

I think I need to leave this place, their people must be in searching for her.

Then I go standing with my legs. I see her a little bit shorter than me. Since my back is bent so she actually is shorter than my thought...
Her face is reddish, must be because the sun. She have a upward slant eyes and greenish cornea, I've never seen such color on eyes. Maybe genetic mutation or something. Her round face must makes her looks younger than she really is.

"Please, leave.."

Then I walking slowly with sun on my backs, maybe east nor south. I just want to keep distance with the kid.
